Sensory Parties in Essex 

Celebrate your child's special day with a gymnastics-themed party in Essex! Our exciting party packages include supervised activities in a safe and fun environment. Let us make your child's birthday unforgettable with a memorable sensory party experience!

Celebrate your child's birthday with an unforgettable party in our charming gym!

Enjoy exclusive access to the venue for a private gathering with your guests.

Our parties are catered and risk assessed for children with special needs and disabilities. Our staff members are SEND trained, sensory trained, disability gymnastics trained, enhanced CRB and experienced with SEND children.

Parents must stay for the whole duration of the party, either in the gym, in the waiting rooms, or in close proximity of the venue.

Party schedule:

  • Saturday: 16:00–17:30 or 18:00–19:30 (Bronze, Silver, or Gold package)

  • Sunday: 13:00–14:30, 15.00–16:30, 17:00–18:30 (Bronze package)

Guest Limit:
Our SEND parties are designed to accommodate up to 8 SEND children, including the birthday child, siblings, and any crawling children.

If the group includes a mix of SEND and non-SEND children, the total number of children may be increased to a maximum of 12, with a limit of 8 SEND children maximum.

This limit is in place due to essential staff-to-child ratios and the importance of understanding the individual needs of all attendees to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We are happy to discuss each party individually to ensure the best possible experience for everyone involved.

A £50 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The final guest list and remaining balance must be provided at least 24 hours before the event.

Amenities:

  • Indoor toilets and a baby changing room

  • A well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, kettle, fridge, sink, and food preparation area
