Adult gymnastics runs Fridays 6:30–8:00pm. No booking needed — just come along. All abilities welcome, ages 16+.
Weekly classes run on the dates below. In half terms and holidays we run holiday activities instead.

Membership is from £45 a month. Fees are calculated over 39 teaching weeks a year and divided into 12 equal monthly payments — so you never pay full price for weeks the gym is closed. The monthly fee includes individual insurance, and trial sessions start from £10.
During school holidays and half-term we run alternative activities — open sessions, camps and workshops — which are booked separately, with a members' discount. See the Holiday Activities page.
Cancellation: Log into your account and click "request to cancel". No notice period required. No refund will be issued after payment has been collected.
