Recreational gymnastics runs every day for all ages — the table below shows the additional sessions on each day. Times are the same Monday to Thursday; Friday and Saturday differ.

Adult gymnastics runs Fridays 6:30–8:00pm. No booking needed — just come along. All abilities welcome, ages 16+.

Membership is from £45 a month. Fees are calculated over 39 teaching weeks a year and divided into 12 equal monthly payments — so you never pay full price for weeks the gym is closed. The monthly fee includes individual insurance, and your first trial session is £11.
During school holidays and half-term we run alternative activities — open sessions, camps and workshops — which are booked separately, with a members' discount. See the Holiday Activities page.
Cancellation: Log into your account and click "request to cancel". No notice period required. No refund will be issued after payment has been collected.
